Our cut off point for new meal plans is 2 days before the start date.
The main difference with our plans is that Spartan, Burn, Bulking and Beast are all based around the customer having absolute choice over their daily meals, which they select from our entire menu. Beast Mode set no limitations regarding the frequency or type of meals, the only requirement is that they stay within their calorie allowance.
The set menu options, such as Clean & Lean, are based on a nutritionist’s set plan with inflexible macros in order to achieve a specific goal e.g. weight loss. Likewise the Keto meal plan is to achieve the HF/LC Ketogenic macronutrient values.

Beast Mode does not offer complimentary meal plan trials, however customer’s looking for a short-term option can either order home delivery via Deliveroo or the shortest meal plan we offer is 5 days.

We deliver daily 5, 6 and 7 days per week, depending on your plan, to all 7 Emirates and all deliveries are made between 2am-6am. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery time, only the time slot, and are not liable for fluctuations in delivery during this time slot. It is not possible to select a specific time slot.
Your food will be delivered in a temperature controlled cooler bag with an ice pack and left in accordance with the delivery instructions on the order form.
If you have purchased Spartan, Burn, Bulking or Beast, your menu submission – based on your selection – will provide you with the complete nutritional breakdown for each meal and each day will automatically be sent to your email. There are also nutritional stickers on very food and beverage item In your daily cooler bag.
For the Set Menus such as Clean and Lean the menu is sent each day in the cooler bag; it is not sent over email like the other plans, nor are individual macronutrient values provided on the boxes are the plans are the same values daily for the duration of the plan.
All food will be in microwave friendly dishes should you wish to heat them up, other than that all meals are ready to eat such as salads and some snacks.
Depending on the meal, food should be enjoyed best within 1-2 days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergens. We use a kitchen that uses ingredients such as nuts, whey, dairy, gluten and fish, and cannot take any liability for customer’s adverse reactions or potential cross-contamination. If a customer has a severe allergy we advise them not to purchase a meal plan for us.
Our food is made fresh every day and we deliver daily to ensure that the taste and quality is never compromised.
All of our meat is sourced from farm-traceable locations and is hormone and anti-biotic free.
Unfortunately Beast Mode Nutrition does not offer refunds on plans for any reason. Our food production and nutrition team work undertake a lot of planning and effort with ordering food and logistics to ensure that customers get their meals for the week or month in a professional and timely manner.
We do offer a transfer package to anyone else in the United Arab Emirates, with an expiry date for the plan being 3 months from the purchase date.
Cancellation refund is only under extenuating circumstance and upon approval of Beast Mode Management for the maximum amount of 50% of the days remaining of the purchased plan.
For the Choose Your Own menus, the Beast Mode Nutrition sends an automated weekly reminder for customers to update their potential holiday dates, renew plans or change their menu. Menus are submitted for one whole one week at a time, and if the customer wishes to make changes they must do so each week by Thursday 11am, for the changes to be implemented the following week.
It is not possible to make changes to menu submissions during the week, so we advise customers to familiarise themselves with the menu and ensure their choices are the desired ones. If a customer does not submit a new menu then the menu from the previous week will be rolled-over for the coming week. If a customer is new and has not submitted a menu, Beast Mode reserves the right to submit a generic menu on their behalf.
All of our plans have the “freeze” facility, available on your dashboard calendar function before the cut off point for the following day(s). The customer is responsible for maintaining their calendar and chosen delivery dates, and is liable for costs incurred for freezing dates after the daily deadline has expired.
