This plan is designed for optimum weight loss for clients with set macros daily and variety on the menu. We advise clients sign up for more than 60 days to see results and select delivery 7 days per week.

Your menu is crafted daily by our nutrition team and changes daily with new menus introduced on a regular basis. The menu card is sent each day in the cooler bag with the delivery. Because of the fixed macros we are unable to make numerous changes to this menu as per client preference.
